User job - simple, convenient and most importantly fast way time tracking. With the ability to create detailed patterns, creating a recording process is reduced to three mouse clicks.

Description of window elements
Type list - selection of the interval for which to display a list of the executed works
Search text - field to enter keywords to search for records of the work performed
Work list - a list of titles Saved Jobs
Data create - the date and time of work
Job type - type of work (one-time or daily)
Job name - "name" work
Status - the current status of the work [Create, Run, Defer, Finish]
Customer - the customer
Executor - Performer
Database - the database name with which the work was carried out
Description - brief description of the work
Tab "Description of tasks [Full]" - a complete description of the work
Tab "Used scripts" - binding scripts executed in the performance of work
Tab "Operation" - binding operations performed during the work

Create a list of users [Customer and Executor]
Open the user editor

The drop-down list at the top of the window allows you to select a previously saved user to edit

Creating a file:

  • Fill in the field "FIO" - the surname, name and patronymic

  • Fill in the field "Position" - the position

  • Fill in the field "Subdivision" - division

  • Select the type of record created by: Customer - the customer; Executor - Performer

  • Click the "Save" button

Deleting users
Complete removal of user created earlier in the program is not possible, because this action would violate the integrity of data storage, therefore the user can mark a remote (put Deleted flag)

  • Choose a user from the dropdown list

  • Click the "Delete" button

Later, when choosing a user marked as deleted in the list of stored users will bear the flag "Deleted"

Creating a record of the work performed

  • Highlight "New" in the list of "Work list"

  • Fill in the field "Date create" - date and time of commencement of operation

  • Select from the drop down list of "Job type" job type [just work - single or daily quest - Daily]

  • Enter a title in the "Job name"

  • Select the current stage of the drop-down list [Create, Run, Defer, Finish]

  • Select from the drop down list of "Customer" customer works

  • Choose from the drop-down "Executor" list of artist works

  • Select from the drop-down menu "Database" the name of the database on which the work is carried

  • Give a short description in the "Description"

  • Give a complete description of a field, "Description of tasks [Full]"

  • Snap scripts "Used scripts" tab

  • Select transaction made during the work on the "Operation" tab

    • Creating operations

      • Press the right button on the table on the "Operation" tab

      • In the context menu select "Add"

  • Fill in the field "Operation name" - the name of the operation

  • Fill in the field "Operation time" - the average execution time (recommendation: to specify, in minutes)

  • If necessary, add a comment in the "Comment"

  • Click the "Save" button

  • Save your work by pressing the "Save" button

Create a template:
fill in the required fields from the list below

  • Select from the drop down list of "Job type" type of work

  • Enter a title in the "Job name" (certainly !!!)

  • Select status in the drop-down list "Status"

  • Select customer of works from the dropdown list "Customer"

  • Select artist works from the drop-down "Executor" list

  • Select from the drop-down menu "Database" the name of the database with which you are working

  • Enter a brief description of the work in the field "Description"

  • Enter a complete description of the work on the tab "Description of tasks [Full]"

  • Snap scripts tab "Scripts" By stamping checks

  • Select the operation to "Operation" tab By stamping the necessary checks

  • Press the "+" button to create a template

Creating a record of the work done by the template

  • Scroll to the "Work list" line "New"

  • Open the template selection window

Selecting a template by double-clicking the name in the list "List template"
To search for a pattern in the list using the field "Find template"
As you enter each new letter in the "Find template" searches for a suitable entry in the list "List template" and translation of focus on it. To select a highlighted entry, just press "Enter"

The field "Search text" - is designed to search for work performed by the condition.
